Websites, blogs, & on-line networking...

There are 5 different types of websites, or pages.  Let's talk about what you need to start with.  Some websites simply bring out what makes your practice distinctive.  Others provide quick incentives to capture your visitors' contact information.  Still others provide resources around your expertise.

There are only 5 strategies to drive traffic to your website. We can help you and your staff to manage these processes.  But most likely, your website or blog will really be used by referrals (and your mutual colleagues) to learn more about you, your expertise, and your services.

Furthermore, you, your partners, and your rainmakers should be active in the best on-line networks for your target market.  While these may include the "mass market" networks like LinkedIn & Facebook, it may also include "niche networks" like LegallyMinded, GreenPearl, or ActiveRain. Once you create your profiles, you'll ask "Now what?"  We know the answers!

Brochures, bio's, 1-sheets, folders...

What do you give to your prospective clients, or at seminars, or display at your tradeshows?

It begins with your Bio 1-sheet; it's not meant to be your CV or resume, but a marketing tool to bring out your expertise & personality.  Download our "Bio Template" in our FREE STUFF Library.

We can then help you improve your other 1-sheets, tri-fold brochures, or design a folder that helps to brand your practice and present all your materials through a consistent format.

Newsletters & seminar materials...

More than the "glossy" marketing materials, marketing your practice is about showcasing your personal brand of expertise.  We can help you outline your newsletters, seminars, and other educational marketing materials.

We can help you design these hand-outs. Moreover, we help you pass codes of ethics and compliance muster: We know the words and images you can use, can't use, and must use.

Already subscribe to "off-the-shelf" stuff?

While you can subscribe to off-the-shelf "slap-my-name-on-it" materials; we can help you wrap your brand on it better.

Of course, your own edu-marketing materials bring out your personal brand and expertise much, much better.  (And remember: The less you write, the more they read.)

WEB MARKETING & OTHER MATERIALS

Whether you want your websites, e-newsletters, blogs, or brochures to support new referrals or generate new leads: We can handle it for you. Or we can train your staff.

Not sure if you can blog within your codes of ethics or compliance rules? Stay tuned for comments from our clients! You can take a look at some of the websites, blogs, and brochures we’ve helped with below.

ANECDOTES & EXAMPLES:

Click to view the websiteWhyWholeLife.com, by Michael Fliegelman, CLU, ChFC, RFC, CPS wanted to create a thought-provoking, blog-like resource website on whole life insurance, that would pass muster with his national codes of ethics and compliance department. The blog-like features include videos, articles, book reviews, and forms for (moderated) comments.

Vikram Rajan, our lead Practice Marketing Advisor™ helped Michael to develop his explanatory script, edited to meet compliance standards, and then coached Michael through its filming.  We also edited the view and coded the website accordingly.

Similar resource sites, based on this model, is now being developed with Michael's partners.  This is a complement to his professional "credential" website, which we also helped to develop, MichaelFliegelman.com.

For Paul Schneider, we developed a conservative design that appealed to his personal injury community. We developed a quick contact form that remains on every page for prospective clients to ask questions. To showcase his expertise, and to help his visitors, Paul features Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and his answers.  We also helped Paul to develop relationships with chiropractors. These led to them exchanging links on their websites.

For Harry R. Wigler, CPA / PFS, we designed a trendy website worthy of his fashion, restaurant, and Gen X clients.  Less is more; while we show off Harry's experience, and link to his standard newsletters, clients are invited to call him for specifics.

For Richard Pope, President of Applied Financial Group, we created a sophisticated design. He and his associates will be able to reference his websites to accountants, bankers, and other centers of influence. Likewise, clients can show him off through his videos and easy navigation, and simple words.
