Where are you in the process?  Ask us!

Crystallize your idea...

You may have had your book or presentation idea for a while now.  Have you written it down?  Is there a market for it?  Who will buy in bulk?  Which centers of influence may co-market the end product with you?  Any co-authors?  Who could lend support with endorsements and forewords?  And, what is your book idea again?  Let's start there.

BTW: We'll also make sure your book idea plays safely within your codes of ethics and please its passage through compliance officers.

Cover design...

A book shouldn't be judged by it's cover.  But of course, it is.  It's also your billboard on on-line bookstores, and even tradeshow displays.  While artistry plays a part, our expertise is helping professionals to keep it simple and to the point.  You may already be familiar with your target market(s); let's craft the right cover design that works for them (and looks good too).

Table of contents, diagrams, and flow...

Second to the cover, people get to know your book or presentation through its Table of Contents and main diagrams.  These should nicely flow into a unifying theme that can be introduced (if not summed up) with a catchy 1-liner.  It should be Short, Memorable, Action/Achievement, Repeatable, & Timely.  Most likely, it'll be your sub-title too.  We'll help you to clearly illustrate all this.

Bookshelves, blogs, and bulk sales...

Yes, we will help you to get your book onto bookstore shelves.  It's a great visual and we know how important it is to you.  We are proud that our book is available through all the (on-line and street) bookstores. But that's the least of it.  We have to get 'em sold.

You may only want the book to establish your "expert" personal brand.  If you want to give 'em all away for free, sure it's a nice advertising specialty.  Or your marketing campaign can make money for you.

Based on your sales and activity goals, we will customize a Marketing Action Plan.  Inevitably it will include marketing materials (like blogs, 1-sheets, and postcards).  And more than likely, we'll be involving your centers of influence and well-known connections for highly-effective, quick, low-cost, Word-of-mouth marketing. From planning to doing, we're holding your hand.

Brand yourself an author and express your unique expertise and personal brand. It’s the simplest way to get referrals and centers of influence buzzing about you. For example, Dennis was able to arrange the stellar list of endorsements and forewords from leading professionals.  Dennis' book has been endorsed by the Alzheimer's Association of Long Island; we interface with their web master to arrange on-line sale integration.  Dennis has received press, column invitations, and special orders by actively blogging, with our insistence.

Click for the book's websiteMARTIN E. LEVINE, ChFC, CPA, MBA is the author of the Widow's Survival Guide and is authoring the interactive workbook edition.  This new and improved edition will be used by  widows/widowers and their families, other CPA's and their clients, and by other financial advisors. Much of the content was already created, but needed to be updated and developed into forms & checklists.

Vikram Rajan, our lead Practice Marketing Advisor™ helps Marty to stay focused on his financial services Marketing Action Plan as the book is only one component.  As Marty works with other CPAs, his book and the new workbook help differentiate and focus his personal brand of expertise.

Because of the new Widow's Survival Guide workbook, Marty has developed new relationships in his own field and has invigorated client relationships.  Both instances have created strategic projects that should strengthen his core business, plus add new revenue streams.  We can't announce them yet, stay tuned to Marty's e-newsletter, which we've also helped to launch!
